Overview
The DNAstack Client Library can be used from within your bioinformatics workflows on almost any platform or engine. This section demonstrates the execution of a simple workflow on a variety of popular platforms and engines:
The example workflow 01_search_and_download will query and download assemblies in the fasta format from sars-cov-2 data hosted by DNAstack, filtered first by the specific lineage assigned to the assembly.
