Filtering a Collection
Explorer offers a broad set of filtering options for creating fine-grained collections
Collections can be easily filtered by traits such as:
- Sequence Length
- Lineage
- Date Collected
- Data Source
- Isolation Source
- Release Date
- Nucleotide Completeness
Applying a Filter
In order to apply a filter, select the traits and values you’d like to filter by on the left hand filter menu. The collection will automatically update with your filtered values.
