Overview
Group data together using named Collections and share them on GA4GH standard-compliant services. Collections can be created intelligently based on rules.
By default, the collections table is sorted by Name in descending order. To change the sort order, click on the Name column heading.
The Library Collection
The Library collection is a special Collection created by default. This Library is a collection of all collection, containing data found in all other collections.
Collection Preferences (Access Policies)
Sets the default sharing preferences for any newly created collections. However, the default settings can be overridden a Collection's own preferences.
