Create Collections

To create a new Collection, use the button on the Collections Page.
Use the button to select data for the new collection. Click the APPLY button to apply filters.
After verifying the selected data, then click NEXT.
Add a name and a description. An URL will be generated automatically based on the Collection's name but it can be modified.
Customize sharing preferences of the new Collection and click SHARE COLLECTION to share instantly. If you do not wish to share this Collection, click cancel.

`Media Type`	MIME type of the file.	`Is`, `Contains`	`text/plain`
`Created Time`	The creation time of a data file is created.	`Is`, `Before`, `After`	`3/19/2021`
`Updated Time`	The upload time of a data file was uploaded to the `Data Source`.	`Is`, `Before`, `After`	`3/19/2021`
`Real File Name`	The file name known to the `Data Source`. This may be different from the `Name` attribute displayed by publisher.	`Is`, `Contains`	`data-file-1-original.txt`
