Add a Data Source

Prerequisite

To add Data Sources to Publisher, you’ll need to provide Publisher with the appropriate access information to your external data store. See our guide on the individual connectors types to see what you will need.

Connecting to a Data Source

  1. Navigate to the Data Sources page using the sidebar, then click the button.

  2. Under Data Source Configuration, choose the type of connector you’re trying to add.

  1. Configure the connector by following our guide for each connector type:
  1. Name the new Data Source.
  1. Toggle Create and Share collection to automatically create a new Collection with the contents in the newly added Data Source. You’ll be prompted for Access Policy settings after clicking DONE.
